LABORATORY

Working closely with the customer, Holz Laboratory personnel analyze each product application to determine the most appropriate elastomer for optimum performance.

As part of the Quality Control Process, the Laboratory utilizes Statistic Process Control (SPC) to insure that each compound meets the customer and/or Holz specifications.  Complete material and process certifications can be furnished upon request.

ENGINEERING

With "Auto Cad" drafting capabilities, Holz engineers are able to design
all types of tooling and specialty metal components with precision and
accuracy.

Holz prides itself in the ability to design 100% of all required tools, and fabricate many of those in-house.

With a variety of machining equipment and highly skilled personnel, Holz can insure tool quality at competitive prices - on time.

Holz takes a project from beginning to end to ensure that the finished product will meet specifications completely.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The quality of a Holz manufactured product begins with written work instructions and continues through receiving inspection, process controls, first article inspection and a final review of conformance to customer requirements.

Quality Assurance involvement ranges from best commercial industry
practices to full compliance with MIL I-45208A and is a "blue print" of
ISO-9002.

Each Holz employee is part of the Quality Assurance team; contributing quality to customer parts as they pass through every phase of production.
